His legacy lives through every life we uplift.
From Grief to Growth. From Pain to Purpose.
There is no pain greater than losing a child. I know that pain.
I have lived through multiple seasons of grief, but nothing prepared me for the darkness that followed that loss. There was a time when I felt broken. Silent. Isolated. Trying to survive one day at a time.
But in the middle of that darkness, I made a decision.
What began as a simple act of faith — feeding 50 people with my own resources — became 100 when others stepped in to help. That day reminded me of something powerful: When you surrender what you have, God multiplies it.
Teamer Dreams Foundation was born from that moment.
This is not just another nonprofit.
This is purpose pulled from pain.
This is obedience after heartbreak.
This is faith in action.
We serve because I know what it feels like to be overlooked. We empower because I know what it feels like to feel lost. We feed because I have seen what compassion can do.
I am not here because my life was easy. I am here because I refused to stay down.
Grief changed me.
Faith rebuilt me.
Purpose now drives me.
And my faith will never fade.
My Journey Through Healing
After losing my son, I committed to my own healing. I completed a 13-week grief recovery program, not once, but multiple times. That journey taught me that healing is not rushed — it is walked through with faith, honesty, and community.
Because I experienced the power of safe spaces and guided healing, I now facilitate "Healing Hearts" — a faith-centered healing circle designed to support individuals navigating grief and loss.
No one should have to grieve alone.

Our Story
Teamer Dreams Foundation was born from love, faith, and lived experience. Founder Michele Harris turned personal loss into purpose, creating a place where no child or family feels alone, unsupported, or without opportunity.
What started as one woman's determination to make a difference in her own neighborhood has grown into a movement. Since September 2025, Teamer Dreams has served 50 youth, distributed over 200 hygiene kits, served 150 unhoused individuals, and connected 25 families to critical resources.
We are not a program designed in an office far from the people we serve. We are from this community, we live in this community, and we are accountable to this community.
